Salsa chicken and rice

Ingredients
Pkg of McCormick Salsa chicken and Rice One dish casserole Seasoning Mix1.5 cups uncooked regular long grain white rice1 can of diced tomatoes1 can of whole kernel corn1.5 bounds of boneless/skinless chicken breasts2.5 cups of water1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375, place rice, tomatoes and corn in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish, top with chicken.
Mix water and seasoning mix until well blended and pour over chicken and rice, cover with foil
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Remove foil, Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Stir rice before serving.
