1 lb Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar1/2 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix1 tsp Dried Oregano1 TBsp Grated Parmesean Cheese
Place the frozen chicken breast into the baker. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and drizzle the mixture over the chicken. Cook in the microwave with the lid on for 10 minutes. Check the internal temperature. Cook at 2 minute intervals until the thickest part of the chicken is 165 degrees. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes; the temperature should rise to 170 degrees.
Optionally, you could prepare the mixture ahead of time and use it as a marinade for defrosted chicken. If you are cooking this from a defrosted state, Cook for 8 minutes and check the temperature every 2 minutes.
Makes 4 1/4-pound breasts.
