Ingredients
1 medium acorn squash1 cup chopped apples peeled4 tsp honey2 tsp butter1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. cut squash in half and discard the seeds. place squash cut side up in a 9 in by 5in by 3in loaf pan. Fill centers with the cut peeled apples. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

2. In a microwave bowl, combine the honey and butter, cover and microwave for 20 seconds or until butter is melted. Drizzle over the squash and sprinkle the cinnamon over squash. Bak uncovered for another 25 to 30 minutes or until its tender.
