Ingredients
6 chicken thighs (skinless boneless cut in peices)1/2 cup chopped onion, bell peper, celery, and mushrooms (each)1 cup mushroom soup1 cup sour cream (lite)1/4 od box of rotini noodles cooked2 tsp chopped garlic
Directions
Cook Rotini noodles, saute cut chicken peices in pan. Cook with diced onion, bell peper, mushrooms, and celery till done. Add one cup of Cream of mushroom soup stir to mix, put cooked rotinin in and serve, (1/2 cup serving).
Serve with a green salad and addition vegetable of choice

    This was really yummy, but I skipped the celery, and added Lipton onion soup mix to it (it was too bland without it). I used about 3/4 of an envelope. Will definitely make this again. - 8/16/08

    This was delicious! I was able to find whole wheat rotini noodles to keep down the calories and I used minced garlic instead of fresh garlic cloves but this was still a very tasty, very easy recipe. - 4/30/08
