Turkey Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 lb Ground Turkey1 can (apx 14.5 oz) Ready to Serve Beef Broth1 can (15.5 oz) Italian style Diced Tomatoes2 cups farfelle (bowtie) pasta2 cups thinly sliced zucchini.75 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown Turkey over medium high heat until it is no longer pink (apx 6-8 minutes)

Add Broth, Tomatoes, & Pasta, pushing pasta into liquid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes stirring frequently. Add zucchini, continue cooking 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Stir in .5 cup Parmesan and heat through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Serves 4-6 (4 very generous portions - but I usually serve it with a side salad and it serves 6 easily!)
