Ingredients
1 cup Frozen unsweetened Strawberries1 cup OceanSpray Light Cranberry Juice (any flavor)2 Dole Pineapple slices in 100% pineapple Juice
Directions
Add frozen strawberries, pineapple slices, and juice to blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.

- By not adding ice you avoid having ice chuncks in your smothie. The frozen strawberries blend well to keep it smooth and frozen.

    Some variations. I freeze fruit that might spoil before I use them. Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas. Very good - I agree about the ice, also. - 8/16/07
