Cucumber sauce1/3 Cup fat-free plain yogurt1/3 Cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/4 Cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon Black pepper* Dash of ThymeBurgers:1/2 Cup finely chopped sweet onion1/2 Cup finely chopped green pepper1 Teaspoon cumin1/4 Teaspoon pepper1/4 Teaspoon cyenne pepper1-1/2 pounds extra lean ground turkey1/2 Cup thinly sliced cucumber6 Tomato slices6 Hamburger buns
For cucumber sauce, in a small bowl, combine the fist eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
In large bowl combine onion,green pepper, cumin,pepper, and cayenne. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into six patties.
Grill burgers place cucumber and tomato slices on buns, top with burger and about 2 tablespoons cucumber sauce.
