Grandma's Meatloaf

Ingredients
Ilb Extra Lean Hamburger1/3 of a sleeve of saltine crackers1/2c of salsa(diced onion optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Defrost hamburger and prep onions.

Mix hamburger, crushed saltine crackers, salsa, and onions into mixing bowl.

Transfer loaf into lighly greased (PAM works) pan.

Cook in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with ketchup.
