Kajira's Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 Cup orange juice (can add a bit more if want more orangey taste)1/2 Cup non-fat milk2-3 Tbs water1 tsp honeyvanilla to taste ( I use 1/2 tsp)4 ice cubes1/2 - 1 scoop protien powder (for recovery drink)
Directions
Throw everything in a blender and blend until frothy.. ENJOY!!
