Turkey Tostadas

1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Onion chopped1 Cup Green Pepper chopped2 Garlic Cloves minced1 cup sliced mushrooms1 can (16 oz) Reduced sodium Kidney Beans rinsed and drained1 cup Salsa1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies1 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon cumin1 1/2 cup (6 oz) reduced fat mexican cheese1/2 cup frozen corn16 corn tostadas (5 inches)2 cups shredded lettuce2 cups chopped tomatos1 avacado chopped1/4 cup minced cilantro
In an large skillet , cook ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the onion, green pepper and garlic. cook and stir for three minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in mushrooms; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the beans,salsa,chilies, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in cheese and corn; heat through. Spread about 1/3 cup filling on each tostada shell. Sprinkle with lettuce,tomato,cilantro and avacado.
Too lower calories leave out the avacado.
