1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half and cored1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out with a spoon, cut into slices1 Tbsp mayonnaisea pinch of fresh black peppera pinch of salt (wait to use the salt until it is on your plate or the salt will pull the moisture from the veggies and make the salad wet)
