Dr. Oz Fat-blasting Smoothie

Ingredients
Diet juice (5 cal/8 oz); 3/4 C frozen strawberries (can sub other fruit or 1/2 banana) 2 TBS Whey powder, 2 tbs Ground Flax seed; 1tbs ground psyllium husk ( i use Berry flavored Metamucil, 1 Tbs Wheat Germ, oil from one fish oil capsule
Directions
Whip in Blender: 1 C juice, 1/2 Banana OR 3/4 C Berries, 2 Tbs whey powder2 tbs ground flaxseed, 1 tbs ground psyllium husk, 1 tbs chia seed ( i couldnt find these- so not in my calorie count), 1 tbs wheet germ, 600mg fish oil (from supplement capsule-break open and add juice only, 3 ice cubes (optional).. makes 1 serving
