Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
1 Pita Bread, Split into 2 round pieces1/2 c. Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce 1/4 c. Mozzarella (shredded) Part Skim cheese1/4 c. Onions, chopped 10 Pepperoni slices, chopped1/4 c. Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Chop onion(If you like garlic, crush then chop a clove and mix with onion) and precook in microwave until soft. Place the two pieces of pita in the oven for about 3 minutes, smooth side down. This keeps the pizza from being soggy. Remove the pita and spread each half with 2-3 T. spaghetti sauce. Top each half with 2 T. cheese, 2 T. onion, 2 T. mushrooms, and 5 of the pepperoni slices, chopped. Place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted.
Green pepper can be added of parcooked.
