Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch chunks1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup lemon juice1 T red wine vinegar1 T finely minced garlic(i used jarred)1 T dried oregano1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Place chicken chunks into a large ziplock bag. Whisk together rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken and seal bag. Squeeze or shake marinade over chicken until covered. Place in fridge for 8 hours or longer. When ready to grill put onto skewers and grill for 12-15 mins. If you are lazy like me just place in nonstick pan and cook:) Serve with cut up whole wheat pita triangles toasted in the toaster oven and tzatziki sauce.
