Garbanzo Bean Salad with Cumin/Yogurt Dressing

2 Cans Grabanzo beans, drained and rinsed1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled1/4 Cup Red Onion, minced1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt2 Tbsp Lemon Juice1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, minced5 Black Olives, quartered1 Tbsp Cumin Powder1 Tsp Turmeric PowderSalt and Pepper to taste
Drain and rinse two cans Garbanzo Beans.
In medium bowl combine Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Spices.
Add Beans, Onions, Feta, and Olives into dressing.
Let flavors meld for at least 30 minutes, and overnight is even better! : )
Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
