Blushing Pear

Ingredients
1 Pear, peeled1 1/4 cup rose wine4 whole cloves1 bay leaf2/3 cup fresh squeezed apple juicethe peel of 1/2 orange3tsp Stevia Powder4 drops Stevia Extract
Directions
Put wine and apple juice in Sauce pan. Add 3 tsp Stevia powder and 4 drops Stevia extract. Put in cloves, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Stick and bay leaf.

Heat Gently with constant stir until Stevia powder dissolves.
Add Pear and pour in enough cold water to barely cover the PEELED pear (Note, can do up to 6 pears at a time). Cover them and cook 45 minutes or until just tender. Uncover and stir gently every 7 to 10 minutes.

Use a slotted spoon to remove Pear(s) from liquid. Increase heat and boil liquid for additional 10 minutes. Spoon 2 tablespoons of liquid onto each pear.

Serve immediately for warm, chill in fridge for cold.

Makes one serving per pear.
