Salsa Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced1 quart chicken broth1 package salazon goya (optional)1 cup rice1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables1 cup salsa
Directions
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add diced chicken and rice. Keep at a simmer while rice cooks, approximately 45 minutes. 10 minutes before serving, add frozen vegetables. Before serving, add salsa. Can be served with a dab of sour cream or some grated cheddar cheese.
