Macaroni Tuna Salad

Ingredients
* *Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup small shells (remove) * Mayonnaise, regular 1 tbsp * Honey Mustard, 1/2 tsp * Baby Carrots, raw, 4 large * Tuna, Canned in Water, 4 oz
Directions
in saucepan bring 2qts water to boil. Add macaroni (I used shells but any small, fast cooking pasta will do) bring back to boil, then cover and remove from heat.
Allow to rest 5 minutes or until desired texture. Drain, then shock in ice bath. Grate carrots, drain tuna well, add to macaroni. In small bowl mix together mayo and honey mustard, then toss into macaroni. Chill.
Serve within 48 hours. If you can keep it in the fridge!
Feel free to add to this simple, 'lazy summer day' things like pickles, diced celery or your favorite crunchies.
