Refrigerator Bran Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 c applesauce, unsweetened1 c brown sugar, packed2 eggs2 c milk2 c bran1 c white flour1 c whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1 c raisins - optional
Directions
Beat applesauce, brown sugar, and eggs until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine, making sure there are no large lumps.

**Do not stir again**

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

To bake: Grease muffin tins and preheat oven to 400.* Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 15-18 min.

Makes 18 muffins.
