Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375*

SPRAY SMALL COOKIE SHEET WITH CANOLA SPRAY.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS TO FORM A FIRM DOUGH.
OIL YOUR HANDS AND PRESS THE DOUGH ONTO THE COOKIE SHEET THIN.

BAKE AT 375* FOR 25 MINUTES.

COOL. DO NOT STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER BUT COVER LOOSELY.

    I didn't have any cheddar on hand and I really wanted to try this recipe. I used a bit of Colby Jack and some mozzarella. This was my first time making them and I think I cooked them a little too long, but they were really yummy with a bit of cream cheese. My picky husband and kiddo really enjoyed ! - 1/16/13
