123 rice pudding

Ingredients
1 cup rice (uncooked)4 1/2 cups skim or low fat milk1 cup sugarcinamon or rasins to taste
Directions
in large oven pan mix one cup sugar and one cup rice together
pour 4 1/2 cups milk over the rice mixtuer and stir

set in 300 degree oven stiring every 15 to 20 mins

depending on how your oven heats will take about an hour

if adding cinamon add it with the rice and sugar befor the milk

if adding rasins add them after most of the milk is absorbed or your rice will not cook

when milk is absorbed and pudding is thick then it is ready to eat this is also good cold and keeps well in the fridge
