Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 5 llbs* Bulgur Wheat, 4.75 cup* Allspice, 2.5 tbsp* Nutmeg, ground, 2.5 tbsp* Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)* Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)* Onions, raw, 1 small* Mint, dried, 6 gram(s)* Pepper, black, 2 tbsp* Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp* Pine Nuts, 0.25 cup * Canola Oil, 1.35 cup
Directions
1. Mix thoroughly in a bowl onions, ground beef, bulgur wheat, mint, allspice, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt. Add water as needed to make mixing easier.
2. When thoroughly mixed, make small patties. Add 2-4 pine nuts per patty. Densely pack the patties.
3. Deep fry each kibbeh in about 1" of canola oil for about 15 minutes or until brown.
