Gluten Free Blondie-Nut Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c stick margarine2/3 c brown sugar, packed1 tsp vanilla5 oz lite silken tofu, pureed1c brown rice flour1/2 c defatted soy flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp sea salt1 c chopped hazelnuts2/3 c toffee bits
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13" pan.
Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla and tofu puree.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. (Dough should be pretty smooth, but thick)
Fold in nuts and toffee bits.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
