Cream of Potato Soup with Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil6 medium Raw Potatoes - cut into small cubes3 cups of chicken broth1 cup of chopped onions3 tablespoons of corn starch - 47 grams8 ounces of slices mushrooms - 227 grams3 cups of 2% milk
Directions
Pour olive oil Into a large soup pot. Brown onions. Coat potatoes and mushrooms with corn starch and pepper. Add coated potatoes and mushrooms to onions. Pour in chicken broth and simmer mixture until potatoes are cooked - stirring frequently. Add milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
