Homemade Wheat Bread ~ Diabetic

Ingredients
1 egg1 tbls. splenda1 1/2 tsp. low sodium salt1 pat of butter1 1/2 c. white flour1 1/2 c. wheat flour3 tsp. yeast2 tbls. gluten
Directions
This will make 2 loaves of bread.
I mix everything up in the machine, set it on the dough setting, run the machine for 30 minutes, and then stop it. Take the dough out, spray 2 loaf pans with pam, split dough into 2 sections and put one in each pan. When the bread rises to your desired height, bake for 30 minutes.
