4-5 medium sized potatoswhole bulb of garlicgreen onions1/2 cup- 3/4 cup 2% milk
Boil some water in a large pot on the stove. Peel and use a garlic press and press all of the garlic garlic clove into the water, slice potatoes into 1/2 inch slices and put them in boiling water until tender. Take out and add all of the green onions and the milk and mix together with the mixer. Wallah, great mashed potatoes without all of the cholesterol from the butter and a lot of heart healthy garlic.
