Broccoli Cheddar Bean Bake

6 cups pf broccoli florets (1 bunch) steamed crisp tender1 small onion chopped2 minced garlic cloves3Tlbsp. butter or margarine, divided1 15.5 oz. can white northern beans, rinsed and drained1tsp oregano.5 tsp. salt- pepper to taste3 Tlbsp.dry bread crumbs1 jar 4 oz. diced pimento, drained2 cups shredded cheddar cheese( I used 2%)
Saute onion and garlic in 1 T. butter.
Spread in a sprayed 11x7x2" baking dish.
Place broccoli over mixture and top with beans and pimento.
Sprinkle with oregano,salt and a pinch of pepper.
cover with cheddar cheese then bread crumbs melt remaining butter and pour over top.
Bake uncovered 20-30 min. at 350. Till heated through.
