Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 0.75 cup, shredded Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 3 tsp El Pollo Loco, 4.5 corn tortilla, 11 serving *Herdez Salsa Verde--2 Tbs, 11 serving
Directions
Boil chicken and shred. Add sour cream, cheese, and Mrs. Dash to the chicken and mix until all chicken is coated. Put mixture on tortillas and roll. Place in a 10x13 baking dish with the open side down. Cover enchiladas with a bottle of Herdez Salsa verde. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
