*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Portabella Mushrooms, 258 grams (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia), 1 serving (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)*Ragu - Chunky Tomato, Garlic & Onion, 3.25 cup (remove)*Morningstar Farms- Meal starter crumble, 340 gram(s) (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp (remove)Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp (remove)
Sautee evoo, peppers, onions, and garlic until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms and tomatoes for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mushrooms start to release moisture. Add sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes. Add crumbles and salt and pepper to taste and return to a low simmer for a minute or two. Serve immediately over pasta of choice.
