Easy Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water, drained1 cup macaroni, uncooked (Barilla Plus Elbows)1 onion chopped (optional)1 cup frozen peas1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup1 cup skim milk1 cup shredded chedder cheese1 serving ritz crackers
Directions
Mix together everything but the cheese in a casserole dish, make sure macaroni is covered by the sauce, sprinkle with the cheese, cover and bake at 350 for 55 minutes, uncover and sprinkle ritz crackers on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

You can use less cheese or fat free cheese to make it less calories & fat.
