Lentil, Spinach & Sardine Recipe

Ingredients: Sardines, Tomato Sauce, Crown Prince, 2.67 cup Spinach, Cooked, Canned, Popeye, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 255.2 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 113.4 grams Garlic, 5 cloves Lentils, 1 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Cider Vinegar, .5 cup
1. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic for 10 minutes or so in a pan sprayed liberally with olive oil, until the onions begin to turn golden.
2. Add lentils, spinach, sardines, cider vinegar and water to the saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, lower heat, and simmer about 30 minutes, until lentils are soft (this may take less time, depending on your water and the lentils).
3. Add salt and cumin to the saucepan. Cover and simmer until all is heated, about ten minutes. Grind in plenty of pepper and press in extra garlic to taste.
4. Pour over 1/2 of baked potato (medium and microwaved whole). Add hot sauce to taste!
