Bread-Free Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
12 oz boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins or breasts3 tsp Italian seasoning (or to taste)1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1-1/2 to 2 cups spaghetti or marinara sauce
Directions
Place defrosted or refridgerated chicken in a bowl. Coat chicken with Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Place chicken in preheated non-stick skillet on medium heat. Turn over chicken when browned. Continue until throughly cooked. At each rotation, the rest of the parmesan can be sprinkled on, or saved for the marinara sauce. After chicken is cooked, add 1-1/2 to 2 cups of marinara sauce and lower heat to simmer until heated.

Makes 3 4oz servings.
