chicken salad

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked 3/4 c light mayo1 grapes (cut each in half)salt and pepper to taste1 apple, chopped1/4 c chopped almonds (or walnuts)1 c chopped celery
Directions
cook chicken and shred or dice. shop celery, apple, almonds and slice grapes in half. mix all items together and ad salt and pepper to taste.
chill and serve 1 cup on light bread or on top of romaine lettuce.
