Low Carb Almond Cookies

Ingredients
Egg white, 3 serving Almonds, 250 grams Splenda, 6 tsp Xylitol, 6 tsp 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar24 g chocolate chips
Directions
Grind the almonds with the splenda.
Whip egg whites adding xylitol and cream of tartar. Add the ground almonds and chocolate chips by hand.
Bake cookies @ 250 F for two hours
