Patti's Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup oats1 cup lowfat cottage cheese12 egg whites1 tbp. vanilla1 tsp. cinnamon1-2 packets Splenda (optional)
Directions
Serves 4

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
Preheat griddle until very hot.

Pour approx. 1/2 cup of batter per pancake on griddle and cook until edges get slightly brown and middle bubbles. Flip over and cook for 1 minute longer.
Repeat until batter is gone. This makes about 12-16 pancakes.
