Ingredients
1 Package Healthy HArvest Whole Wheat Rotini1 Whole Green Pepper1 Whole Yellow Pepper1 Whole red Pepper1 zucchini1 lb Ground Turkey Lean1 pckg Frozen SpinachThymeRosemarySalt to taste
Directions
Cut all the peppers into Strips and the zucchini into Small Quarters. Cook ground turkey until brown and drain. Add vegetables rosamary and thyme to taste and simmer until pasta is done.

Cook pasta according to package and drain. Combine all ingredients into a serving bowl. Serve warm or chilled.
