Ingredients
1 oz smoked salmon (lox), chopped1 oz cream cheese1/2 tbsp capers, drained2 cherry tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp red onion, chopped2 slices Wasa fiber crispbread
Directions
1. Combine cream cheese and lox.
2. Spread onto crispbread crackers.
3. Top with capers, tomato and onion.

Makes 2 crispbreads (1 serving)
