1 Pkg (6.25oz) Uncle Ben's Quick Cooking Long Grain & Wild Rice1.5 Cups cooked, chopped chicken1 (80z) can Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained1 Cup finely chopped celery 1.25 Cups finely chopped onion1 Cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise1 (10.75 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cook Quick Cooking Long Grain and Wild Rice according to package directions.
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Combine Rice with chicken, Water Chestnuts, Celery, and Onions. Put in a 2.5 Quart baking dish.
Stir Mayo and Soup together and spread over the top of chicken mixture.
Bake, covered, in oven for 1 hour. Remove from Oven, stir together, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
