This is a good soup to make when camping - easy and filling. As part of our Scout Leader training, this was one recipe that we had to make on a camp stove. When we had the youth do their cooking on weekend hikes, this was always one of their favourite meals. - 9/16/10

Sounds delish! I am going to add some grated cauliflower as a sub for rice. YUM! - 2/21/13
