Frozen Blueberry Yogurt -

.5 cup slowcooker / greek yogurt1 c FROZEN blueberries1 (33 g) scoop Whey Protein1 packet Truvia, if desired
Use a personal / small size food processor to blend the yogurt and protein powder. Add a packet of Truvia. Add the FROZEN blueberries and process until the desired consistency.
It's also amazing with FROZEN Tropical Fruit! Any frozen fruit will work, but will change nutritional info.
This makes 2 servings. I eat half and spoon the other serving into 2 freezer pop containers to eat as popcicles later!!
It's wonderful after a workout on a super hot day!
