Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup one minute Quaker Oatmeal1 cup fat free buttermilk1/4 cup white flour1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 tablespoon granulated white sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Makes 10 pancakes. Serving size is 2. Calories for 2 pancakes is 236 with syrup

place oatmeal and buttermilk in a bowl and sit overnight. Next morning add all other ingredients except butter spread.

In a non sick pan, put in butter spread, when melted, add a small ladle of mix to pan, when mix begins to get many bubbles, turn and cook until brown about 2 minutes, serve with syrup.
