Chocolate Peanut Butter Espresso Dessert

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Almond Milk3 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter1 Cup thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping1 Pkg (4 servings) Jell-o Instant Fat-Free Sugar-Free Chocolate pudding2 packets Taster's Choice Instant Coffee
Directions
Add milk to peanut butter and blend until smooth

Add Cool Whip and stir until blended

In another bowl, prepare instant pudding as directed on package


Spoon 1/4c chocolate pudding into each cup

Mix coffee into remaining chocolate pudding; microwave 15-20secs

Spoon 1/4c peanut butter mixture on top of pudding

Spoon 1/4c remaining pudding-coffee on top of peanut butter mixture

Refrigerate approximately 30 mins or until ready to serve
