1 Skinned Baked Sweet Potato (medium) baked the night before while I was watching Rizzoli and Isles ON DEMAND!/2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal1 cup fresh spinach frozen1 cup of fresh strawberries halved, frozen1 cup of blueberries frozen1 cup Silk Vanilla Light SoymilkBlender
Directions
Blend spinach, sweet potato and oatmeal in soymilk until liquified.
Add berries, blend to desired consistency
