Ginger-Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
4 salmon filets, 7 oz each2 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Mix alll ingredients into paste, brush on salmon. Broil for 5 minutes or until cooked through. You can also cut slits in the fish before brushing so the glaze can penetrate the fish.

    I made this last night and it was wonderful. I substituted Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and low sodium soy sauce and saved 100 calories. Also, I cooked in parchment and it was fantastic! - 9/16/10
