zucchini pancakes

Ingredients
1 8 inch zucchini1/2 cup 1% milk1/2 cup egg white1egg1/4 tsp salt1/8 cup sugar1/4 tsp allapice1 Tble cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cup WW flour
Directions
1. cut zuchini in 1 inch pieces
2. put zucchini, milk and eggs in food processor. Run about 15 sec on high setting or till smooth
3. add remaining ingredients. Run about 10 sec. on mediumsetting or till just mixed (can still have lumps)
4. scoop in 1/4 cup portions on lightly greased grddle. cook till bubbles appear. Turn once.

Good with cooked apples
