Spicey Meatless Chili

Ingredients
1 Onion chopped1 Med. bell pepper chopped1 Med. carrot sliced1 hot pepper any chopped6 garlic cloves minced2 cups great northern beans1 12oz. block firm tofu1 28oz can tomatos crushed1/2 cup watercumin, spanish paprika, cayanne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, 1t. oregano. adjust spices to your own preferance
Directions
Saute all vegies add tofu cut into 12 squares, cook through.add the rest of the ingrediants cook on low to allow flavores to marry together about 45 min. or so. Enjoy. If you have never tried tofu now is your chance give it a try you might be surprised!
