Vegetable Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts4 Tbsp fat free miracle whip1/2 cup grated carrots1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/2 cup cchooped celery2 Tbsp chopped onionssalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Boil or bake chicken breasts. Cool meat and shred to small pieces. Add vegetables, dressing, salt and pepper. Tosswell. Serve on bed of lettuce with sliced tomato or on bread. Enjoy!!
