Low Carb Tuna Shiratake Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 Tbs Butter1 celery stalk, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 Cups heavy cream1 Tbs Chicken Boullion Powder1 Small can mushrooms2 8 oz cans tuna1 8 oz pkg Shiratake Noodles, rinsed and parboiled according to package directions.1 Cup Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup French Fried Onions, OptionalSalt and pepper to taste**Hint: Make this the night before. Leave off the Cheese and FF onions. Store it in the fridge, unbaked until you are ready to bake and eat it. It helps the flavors come together nicely.Saute the onion, garlic and celery in the butter until tender. Heat Cream and chicken boullion on the stove over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened. Combine the Cream mixture, vegetable mixture, tuna and noodles and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and french fried onions if desired. Bake at 375 until bubbly.
