Onion & Cheese Tea Biscuits

2 Cups Flour2 Tbsp White Sugar4 tsp salt1 Cup Shredded Low Fat Cheese1/3 Cup Small Diced Onions1/3 Cup Cooking Oil3/4 Cup 1% Milk
In a large bowl add flour, sugar, bakinf powder and salt. Stir well. Add cheese, and onions. Stir lightly to mix. Add oil and milk and stir to mix into a sof ball, Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough or pat to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut out with floured cookie cutter (2 1/4 inch). Place in a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 15 Min until bolden brown. Makes 12 biscuits.
