Green Tomato Casserole

3 c. green tomatoes, sliced thinly1 onion, sliced thinly or chopped1 clove garlic, minced3 large eggs1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese1/2 c. 2% milk1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Spray 9" square baking dish with oil. Arrange tomatoes slices on bottom. Saute the onion and garlic in water. Spread evenly over top the green tomatoes. Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and whirl awhile to break up the cottage cheese. Pour over the tomatoes and onions. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes.
